I’m Csaba Kallo, founder of Kallo Property Management and an experienced landlord myself.
I created Kallo Property Management to offer landlords a personal, straightforward and reliable property management service. Having first-hand experience as a landlord, I understand the responsibilities, challenges and day-to-day realities that come with letting and managing a property.
My focus is on carefully selecting the right tenants, looking after each property properly and being available when either the landlord or tenant needs support.
I believe good property management should be simple: clear communication, reliable service and genuine care for the property.
Property Management Fees
We're not just another property management company. We've built a service we'd want to use.
Property Management
- Properties with monthly rent of £1,000 or more: 6% of the monthly rent
- Properties with monthly rent below £1,000: 10% of the monthly rent
Professional Property Photography – £100
Available as part of the initial property visit if required.
Tenant Find & Setup – £350
One-off fee, only payable once a suitable tenant has been found. Includes preparing the property for the rental market, advertising, managing enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings, and screening prospective tenants.
Initial Property Inspection – £100
I will personally visit and assess the property, including its general condition and any repairs or improvements I would recommend before letting. If you subsequently appoint Kallo Property Management to manage the property, the full £100 inspection fee will be refunded. If you decide not to proceed after the inspection has been carried out, the fee is non-refundable.
